Clothing swap & Cycling nutrition seminar

Welcome to our Friday Night Cycling Clothing Swap! 

We encourage women to bring any and all cycling clothes they're not using or bring what doesn't fit! You're sure to find something you like and something you'll find useful. Any clothing left at the end of the night will be donated to a proper organization for those in need.

Also, join us as we discuss cycling nutrition. Whether it's before, during, or after your ride - learn how to fuel and nourish your body in a healthy way that makes sense for you. We will have samples from Hüma and JoJé!
